Brayford Guest House, Lincoln is a Victorian property situated on Carholme Road, Lincoln which is the main A57 road into the City. If location is important to you look no further, there are only a handful of guest houses/bed and breakfasts in Lincoln which can offer such a convenient location. After only a 5 minute walk alongside the Fossdyke canal, you will reach the vibrant Brayford Waterfront Quarter, where you will find bars, restaurants, cinema, Lincoln University and other waterfront attractions. The Historic City of Lincoln Cathedral Quarter is within easy walking distance up steep hill, for those who prefer not to walk there is a bus service which tours the City enabling you to get on and off as you please. Once in the Cathedral Quarter you will find the famous Lincoln Cathedral and Castle along with numerous shops, cafes and further places of interest. The train and bus stations are only a 10 minute walk away.

We aim to provide a friendly service to all our guests for both long and short stays. Children are welcome but sorry no pets. All rooms are full ensuite, we have a spacious light dining room for all your breakfast needs and we take great pride in serving good quality local food. Whatever you choose be it full English, vegetarian or a lighter continental option we aim to please. We can also offer a laundry service at no extra cost. Free car parking is available.
